Two Decades of Experience, One Local Crew
Tony Frazier spent over twenty years in construction, including managing projects for a large regional builder, before he and Chalcia started Advanced Custom Builders in 2020. Tony brought the hands-on building experience. Chalcia, with a background in finance, brought the structure to run a company the right way.
Since then, Advanced Custom Builders has framed everything from custom homes to 80,000-square-foot apartment complexes, plus siding, gutters, additions, and Trex decks. No job is too big or too small, and on every one of them, we sweat the small stuff.

Yes, Advanced Custom Builders is fully licensed and insured, and we're happy to send documentation on request. Every completed project also carries a one-year workmanship warranty from the date we finish.
